Quit smoking Tips to help maintain Nicotine Withdrawal for the first 2 wks.(1) find some support
- look for people who are interested in your success to quiting!
(Or! in the same shyte as you! hahakz!)
(2) Eat a well balanced diet
- Choose foods that will provide you with the high quality fuel you need.
- Avoid JUNK FOOD! (note to zaini!)
(3) take multi-vitamins
- Smoking depletes our bodies of nutrients therefore, you need vitamins to gain the loss nutrients! (:
(4) Stock the fridge with healthy snacks
- to be more healthy! duh~!
(5) Get out for a walk
- Walking reduces edginess and improves circulation. It also releases endorphins, the "feel good" hormone.
(chocolate also release endorphins, if you too lazy to walk..just eat chocolate! it gives you the "i feel good!" hormone! but then again...pls refer to (5) ahahkz!)
(6) Get more sleep!
- Early cessation is tiring. Your body is stressed and so is your mind. Allow more time to sleep if you need it. (twinkle twinkle little star...!)
(7) Drink water!
- Water helps you flush residual toxins from smoking out of your body more quickly.
( it means...you gona get diarrhoea and you gona go toilet every 5mins!)
(8) Do some deep breathing!
- breath beauty in...breathe nasty out! hahakz!
(9) turn your bathroom into day spa!
- Light some candles, and take a long hot bubble bath. Treat yourself to a manicure and pedicure and follow with a facial. Pamper yourself!
(10) have a cup of tea!
- to rejuvenate yourself
( drink pomegranate tea! nice lah! )
(11) reward yourslef!
- Small daily rewards will boost your spirits and fortify your resolve to keep the quit. YAY!
