i got a 'B' for 2 of my UTs!!
service quality and sales management!

and my PP approved!
i tink my supervisor forced to approved it coz this fri
is the dateline! ahakz!

aniwae,
i'm surprised i got a B for service!
coz i never really understand it!
esp. bout the 5gaps!
but i got 9 out of 9 for one of the qn bout the 5gaps! ahahkz!
so happy!
and these 2 modules are my least favourite!
but now that i got B for it,
i like the modules!
